Refunds/Cancellation Policy

Because of the nature of the seminar and small class size, cancellations are disruptive. However, we know that flexibility in planning is important, now more than ever. For current classes, we are offering a risk-free cancellation policy so that you can enroll with confidence:

If you cancel…

More than 60 days from seminar start date

We are waiving cancellation fees, as long as you cancel more than 60 days from the seminar start date. You may also select to transfer to another date or seminar, fee-free. Should you choose another seminar, you will be responsible for the difference in cost, if any.

Within 60 days from the seminar start date

You may transfer to another date or seminar, fee-free. Should you choose another seminar, you will be responsible for the difference in cost, if any.

No refund will be provided if you cancel within 60 days of the seminar start date.

To cancel your registration

Please click on the cancellation link contained in your confirmation email.  No refunds will issued other than those listed in accordance with the policy above.

What if the seminar can’t be held due to the COVID-19 pandemic?

At The Ranch, we always feature small class sizes that are conducive to learning and social distancing. We have ample outdoor space and will be adhering to the latest local, state, and federal guidelines to deliver a safe AND enjoyable learning experience.

Should Karen Pryor Clicker Training determine that it is not safe for a seminar to be held in person, you will have the option of transferring to another date or seminar or receiving a full refund.

Requests to Transfer Registration

Transfers of registration to another student are permitted when requested at least 30 days prior to the start of the seminar.

Transfer requests must be sent via e-mail to theranch@clickertraining.com. E-mails must be received by midnight US Eastern Time (ET) (GMT-4) to be processed on that day.
